SMITH CABIN

We had the Smith Cabin built in 2005 as a summer residence. Since purchasing the Bellmard Inn, it is now a rental property. The cabin is located in the woods on a ridge above the Jones Cabin. There is a wide, gravel driveway. Although not directly on the water, it does have water views and access to Long Lake.

To match the style of the Jones Cabin, we had the cabin custom built of native cedar logs. There is a porch along the entire front of the cabin.

We designed a large open first-floor plan. It includes a versatile sitting room with a Vermont Castings wood stove; an office work area with a desk and bookcase; an eat-in kitchen with a full-size electric stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes/pots and pans; storage area with washer/dryer hook ups and electric hot water heater; a full bathroom with a sit-down shower.

Upstairs are two lofts. One side has a small balcony which looks out to the lake and is furnished with two twin beds, a night stand and bureau.

There is a walkway between the two lofts. The other side has two twin beds, a night stand and bureau.

Amenities include electricity and a drilled well.

The basic dimensions of the cabin are 24x32 Ft.
